The processing of the data may be performed by employees or collaborators of ASSEMBLY or of any company appointed as data controller, in any case operating within the same, in the capacity of persons in charge of processing.

This Privacy Policy applies to all our websites and domains. The Websites may provide links to other third party websites. Should these links be accessed, Assembly will not perform any checks on these sites and on their respective privacy practices, which could therefore differ. In fact, Assembly does not monitor or control the information collected by these sites or the privacy practices of any third party and is not responsible for the relevant practices or the content of the respective sites.

The personal data provided may be communicated to recipients, appointed pursuant to art. 28 of the EU Reg. 2016/679, which will process the data as managers and / or as natural persons acting under the authority of the owner and manager, in order to comply with contracts or related purposes; such data will in no case be disclosed, but may be communicated – for the same purposes for which the collection is made – to third parties belonging to the following categories:

 

– entities that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks of ASSEMBLY and for the management of customer assistance services;

– companies that perform collection and payment services also by credit cards;

– subjects that carry out operations of control, revision and certification of the activities carried out by ASSEMBLY also in the customers’ interests;

– accountants, for accounting and tax requirements;

– consultants or other subjects that provide related services;

– competent authorities for the fulfillment of legal obligations and / or provisions dictated by public bodies.

The subjects belonging to the aforementioned categories perform the function of Data Processing Manager, or operate in total autonomy as separate Data Controllers. The list of any responsible is constantly updated and available at the owner’s offices.

 

 

METHOD OF TREATMENT

 

According to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of data will be based on principles of correctness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of confidentiality and the rights of Users. Assembly respects the technical standards of the industry in force in order to protect the personal data sent, both during transmission and upon receipt. When the user enters sensitive information (such as credit card information) in the order or registration forms, Assembly will encrypt this information using SSL technology.

Once the user has registered, Assembly reserves the right to answer any questions the user may have, to provide the services requested. Depending on the preferences expressed by the user during registration or in subsequent phases, Assembly may send the aforementioned communications to the user by e-mail or by telephone.

In particular, each Customer may: (I) obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him and have it communicated in an intelligible form; (II) know the origin of the data, the purposes of the processing and its methods, as well as the logic applied to the processing carried out using electronic means; (III) request the updating, rectification or – if interested – the integration of data concerning him; (IV) obtain the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of any data processed in violation of the law, as well as opposing, for legitimate reasons, the processing; (V) oppose any processing aimed at sending advertising material, direct sales, carrying out market research and commercial communication, as well as data portability. (VI) lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Privacy Guarantor).

In the case of request for data portability, the Data Controller will provide you with a structured format, commonly used and readable, by automatic device, the personal data concerning you, without prejudice to paragraphs 3 and 4 of the art. 20 of the EU Reg. 2016 / 679.These rights may be limited, for example in the event that satisfying your request would lead to the disclosure of sensitive data of another person or violate the right to privacy of others, or in the case where user requests to delete information that must be stored by law or based on legitimate interests.
